Hampi a village and
temple town of Karnataka
is one of the most historically rich place. Hampi or Hampe is known as the Group Of Monuments at Hampi. It is
also come under UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Vijayanagara -Hampi and was world ‘s second –largest medieval –era
city .It was the capital of Viyayanagra
in medieval period . Hampi is also considered to be one of the most
ancient village . Hampi is located at east central of Karnataka state . It is

Latitude and 76.4600 0E Longitude . Hampi exist by the side of river. Tungabhadra and its altitude is 467 m above the sea level.
Hampi is a very small location covered an area of about 25 sq .km . Bangalore
is present capital of Karnataka state and 353 km away from Hampi. It‘s climate
is tropical in nature .Summer season is generally hot and dry .Winter is
slightly cold . Month of July is rainy season . The maximum average temperature
is 320C and minimum average temperature is 120
C .While average rainfall is about 660mm. Once upon time Hampi

very popular in Central Asia .At that period it was ruled by Hindu Kings .Kings
and they have constructed many temples ,palaces ,forts in that area, the city became very famous among the people of central

rulers came to know about the popularity of Hampi city which made their mind to
