Goa coastal area comes under the konkan range ,which surrounded by western ghat .Goa ‘s highest altitude is 1,167 metres (3,829 ft ) . Costline of Goa is 101 km (63 mile ).   The climate of Goa is tropical ,hot and humid throughout the year. Monsoon lies between June to September . In the summer season highest temperature  is  91⁰ F (33⁰ C)  and  in  winter  lower  temperature  is 77⁰ F (25 ⁰ C).
