Araku Valley is a hill station located in Visakhapatnam district of the Andhra Pradesh State of India. The average  annual temperature of Araku Valley in the summer season is 35⁰ C and in the winter season is 25⁰ C. Araku  Valley‘s average annual rainfall is 1700 mm. Best time to visit Araku Valley  is between December to February .The history of Araku Valley is related  with tribes ,who are always in their colourful dress especially  the women. The tribes woman perform Dimsa and Mayur dances especially during Itika Pongal. The males are always busy with their cultivation  work or hunting .The  tribes organised a hunting  festival in the month of
